Fine art prints
All the images on this website are available for sale as limited edition fine art prints with Certificate of Authenticity.
Giclée prints are printed on high end professional inkjet printers, using high quality inks. I print my giclée prints myself, up to A2 size, on an Epson Surecolor SC-P800 on fine art papers from Hahnemühle, Moab or Canson. The printer uses nine different Ultrachrome® HD inks, which, together with a special coating, ensure lasting colours.
I typically offer limited editions of 5 up to 30 prints, depending on the size of the prints. Prices start at 300 € for a framed A3+ giclée print.
Diasec is a method of face-mounting prints, where a high-quality print (typically Fuji Lambda) is mounted on the back of a acrylic sheet using a special mounting gel. Another acrylic sheet is bonded on the back, actually sandwiching the print between two acrylic sheets. Contrary to much cheaper solutions where a transparent adhesive film is used, this method ensures a perfect bonding of the photo to the acrylic, thus ensuring a long lasting colours tenure without fading or tint changes. Diasec is also easy to clean.
Diasec is the the preferred choice of museums etc to preserve the quality of their exhibits. I find it looks best at larger sizes, so do not offer prints smaller that 90x60 cm in Diasec.
I typically offer limited editions of 5 up to15 Diasec prints. Prices start at 800 € for a 90x60 cm Plexi/Plexi 3+3 mm with wall mounting frame.
Chromaluxe is a method using dye-sublimation on aluminium panels to provide exceptional image clarity and vibrance. Chromaluxe panels are also extremely light and can thus be placed on virtually any surface. The panels are scratch resistant and easy to clean.
I typically offer limited editions of 5 up to20 Chromaluxe prints. Prices start at 400 € for a 60x40 cm Chromaluxe with wall mounting frame.
Life-time warranty and caring
Quality materials are used to assure longevity. These prints will last for many years if properly cared for. As with any indoor artwork, avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Dust with a lint-free cloth.Should, despite proper care, the colours fade, the owner can return the print, accompanied with its Certificate of Authenticity, to the me for replacement.
When all limited editions of a photo run out, the master will not be destroyed so the image can be used for other purposes such as inclusion in a folio, a book, or for licensing.
